In 2013, Colleen, Jes and I met the Gardners. A family from North Carolina. We walked with them for most of the Camino from Leon to Santiago de Compostella and have been great friends ever since.
When Jes walked the Camino in 2015, she met up with the Gardners again. William was a senior and for his senior project made the video about the Camino. Jes features, discussing what the Camino is for her. Even Colleen and I cameo in one or two of the photos!
William’s projects will give you a glimpse of what the Camino is about and what it means for some of the pilgrims.
